How contact works

BookCondosDirect forwards your first inquiry to this owner by email. The owner replies directly to your verified Google email. There is no guest inbox on BookCondosDirect.

Protecting owners from spam

For genuine accommodation inquiries only. Advertising, sales pitches, recruiting, and other commercial solicitation are prohibited. Confirmed violations automatically ban your guest account and block inquiries from the sending IP address for seven days.

Up to three inquiries per hour and five per day, with one inquiry per owner each hour. Network limits also apply.

Your privacy

We keep your Google identity, name, and email for guest sign-in. We keep inquiry metadata and hashed IP addresses for abuse prevention for up to 90 days; we do not save message bodies in the contact database. Email delivery services and recipients may retain their copies. Ban records remain until reviewed; inactive unbanned guest accounts expire after one year.
